Yes, small stash's is just what the fresh spawns needed. Softens the blow of being killed indiscriminately if you've got these guys filled with the basics to fall back on instead of starting from scratch.

Those small stashes will definitely help solo players a lot. Maybe it's a little bit too overpowered. You can basically just find a random spot you will remember and put all your goodies there and raiders will never find anything. At this point, raiding will only be served as to grief someones base entirely than to loot at this point.

Mixed feelings about this update. I like the small stash, but nerfing the bow in my opinion will just unbalance the game more. It was already hard to take out well geared players with it, because they could just kill anyone with so little effort. Even as a master of the bow it will now be basically impossible to contest any kind of loot/drop against even just 1 guy with a gun. These changes make the game less appealing for small groups or solo players as it was already hard enough for those to make significant progress. Having a weapon that is cheap to craft, hard to use properly but very rewarding when mastered would at least give those a chance to get their hands on some guns every now and then.

Imo the thing shouldn't catch on fire till near the very end all these fires around it so early on look a bit over the top, the amount of smoke coming out of it should be enough of a indicator how damaged it is then right towards the end it should catch on fire before going down.
