Great review Trav! I’m a bit of a camera/tech nerd so I love seeing videos like this! I’m a big DJI fan and I am honestly a bit shocked at your experience with the white balance. Does it not have an auto white balance or a way to set your colour temperature? Also, what has kept me away from buying the GoPro hero 8 for my videos is that you can’t replace the lens filter if it cracks. Can you replace the lens filter on the Osmo Action? And just for fun, have you considered trying the Osmo Pocket?

I love it, I haven't had the chance to really do anything creative with it, I have it 2 weeks now, The good thing with this cam is that DJI is upgrading its firmware instead of putting a new one every year. I just need some ideas on what to shoot.

I really like the footage shot on the DJI, not having the weird fish-eye look like every other action camera is enough to sell me. I don't know how much colour editing your do in your videos, but I feel like there is a visible difference in the colour accuracy on the DJI.

Thanks to you before this review I purchased this because I just could afford the insta360. us $258 and included extra two batteries and charger. I have found the color balance worked better after a firmware update on the camera. I agree this camera was made for hockey. Go Pro I have will be gone shortly.
