You'll see that there are other ways to understand "If so" and "If not." They can mean "If that's the case/If that's not the case" OR "If that happens/If that doesn't happen."

Hi Jennifer. I didn't get a notification of this new video on YouTube. I don't know why. Anyway, I should tell that I will never be able to thank you enough for your efforts. 🌹🌷

Task:
Are you planning to come to Egypt at any point in the future? If so, I would love to host you and your family as a little thank-you for your efforts in teaching us English.

Bonus task:
I think using the phrase "if anything" strengthen the meaning of the sentence and emphasizes what you have just said.

You can even form your sentence in this form; I was going to graduate from a university even if it killed me. I hadn't slept properly, spent hours planning and studying to achieve it, and I finally got it.

Please find the following examples:

If so: It is believed that C-19 spreads through air. If so, it may take some time to tackle this issue.
If not: It is believed that C-19 spreads through air. If not, why would it be this much contagious?
Otherwise: It is believed that C-19 spreads through air. Otherwise, it might not have been able to spread so fast.
If necessary: It is the government's responsibility to look after its citizens. If necessary, strict measures may be taken.
If possible: I really do enjoy your contents. If possible, please make them more frequently.
If need be: It is the government's responsibility to look after its citizens. If need be, strict measures may be taken.

"if anything" do emphasize an idea. I think it is similar to 'in fact' or 'actually'. For example "Sam didn't seem too disappointed at losing. If anything, he seemed relieved that it was all over.", "She is not thin - if anything she is rather plump."

Thanks for the video. I have a question. I have been struggling with inversion.
There the boss has arrived on time. If we start a sentence with a place adverbial we must invert.
Why didn't we invert ?
It should be
Here has the boss arrived on time . Why isn't it written like that ?

Thx for the lesson 😀
I got a bit confused... I understood that "If necessary" is better to use in formal talk, but also a little common in the informal. However, I couldn't get which one of the options (if necessary - if it's necessary) is more appropriate in informal talk, I don't want to sound like a strange using a expression that is more formal than other in informal english...

Task:
So I wonder if you could explain me which one is more appropriate in informal task. Otherwise, I won't be able to use the expression correctly.

Bonus:
I think that "if anything" emphasize the idea, because when you use that expression, you're saying that coffee toothpaste wouldn't freshen your breath. I hope I am right. 😵
