America's Got Talent (AGT) is a popular talent competition show that has been on the air for over 15 years. The show features a panel of judges, including Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel, who decide which contestants will move on to the next round. In the 2023 season, the judges will be using their Golden Buzzers to send their favorite acts straight to the semifinals. She was so funny at the start that I thought she was going to do a comedy act. Then with total seriousness and dignity she brings new light to an old song! Love the shades of light and dark. She uses restraint at all those higher notes at the start -that most ordinary singers just belt out- by drawing those notes (and us) back in, giving her time to really build up to almost the end of the song, and then drawing us back in again right at the tail with a softer ending. This is truly a professional level of interpretation. Absolutely beautiful.
