I absolutely LOVE your training style and how you think, you give all the horses you work with the best possible opportunities to embrace every last bit of their greatness. Conventional or not, Pure is gorgeous and I have no doubt you two will be incredibly fabulous dressage queens!

YAY! that was great! it was so interesting hearing about your feeding method! we also try to give them the best hay/grass possible at any time of the day, and only give grain when they're worked more heavily or bred, but give a little amount to them with some supplements (minerals, oil) daily. We also love to train our guys to skip some leads, as our western horseys love to drag their feet (which is totally fine, but doesn't work too well for english classes... ) ;)

you and pure are going to be much better soon, the first lesson always is the hardest. adjusting takes some time, and it's completely normal to show at lessons even more... But I completely get you, I sometimes am sooo put down after lessons... but sometimes I'm over the moon, especially when there was a long awaited for improvement. I believe in you two!!! you just take all the time necessary to reach the dressage stars! little steps at a time... <3 <3

PS: you need to attack Matthew with some make-up the next time he chills on the couch, he proposed it himself! ;)

you should do a video showing us like a barn tour where you show us every thing at your barn and pastures and you could do a video about your horses like a q&a about all of them

Very cool and informative video :) Why do you feed alfalfa hay? Croatia we feed only "normal" meadow hay. I like your training style, the skipping gates. It makes s lot of sense. I'm glad you are back with the vlogs ^^ <3 missed you
