Good safe ride with excellent commentary. I'm a ex bike cop (28 years MoD Special Escort Group). The methods used here are exactly the same as my own advanced police class 1 bike training at Chalk Farm and Cardington during the early 1980s riding a BMW R75. It was all about safe progress not just excessive blue light speeds as some often think. I knew 2 other advanced police riders killed on bikes in the 1990s (one T boned the other killed by a drunk driver). Happy days. Stay safe.

Hi Just been watching and as I’ve just started my IAM journey and it’s just not flowing!!Been for a couple of observed rides and got told I’m in the wrong gear which I’ve adjusted but still not flowing! It’s very frustrating at times but I’ve been told to stick with it and it will come!!

Why do you not mention acceleration? You only say information position speed and gear, is there a reason to leave out acceleration?

Great video, but, can you explain the concept behind the mirror check as you enter different speed zones? I can’t see the danger from behind as I transition from a 30 zone to a 60. Cheers

This was worrying to watch, as you was overthinking and trying to do to much that you missed your turn.
That is how a crash happens just like that, ride with safety and in a clear and calm mind.
And going round most of them left turns you was to close to the line if a car was cutting that corner this would be a different video.

Shouting might suggest tension in the riding plan ?... also i feel that on several bends the speed looks too high to be able to "stop in the distance one can see to clear on your own side of the road"...20 minutes of hard work pal ! Helpful to some though nevertheless !
