I remember just one time in school, we had to make our national flag (Philippine Flag) for United nations day. I was a 1st grader and they haven't taught us that flipping the flag means war.

So I made the flag, accidentally placed it upside down onto the stick we made as a pole. Out of everyone in my class, I was the only one who had it flipped. And I had it like that waving it around for the whole day since my teachers haven't noticed anything. It was when we had to take a picture and they noticed one of the flags was different from the rest. They asked me jokingly "Are you going to war or something?"

I didn't know what they meant until I showed my parents the flag I made. And the absolute embarrassment I got when realized I waved that thing around for the whole school to see.

No wonder people liked staring at my flag that day.
