So I'm not a furry artist - and I was a bit concerned this would be less relevant to me. But I am a freelance artist and I know a lot of furry artists have just been in the business longer than me. So I gave the video a click anyways.

Thank you for immediately starting with taxes. I was only working at a level of $100-200 a year, but now that I'm going back to college and not working full time, I'm looking at going full time with my art. Starting with the tax reminders and tracking costs is super helpful!

I was scammed by a furry artist, I commissioned him to redo my OC, I paid him half up front, he sent me the proofs and I sent him the rest of the payment, He sent me a ready made character, not what I asked for, then sent me the proofs of my OC again and told me he would sell it to me for twice what we agreed on and when I wouldn't do it, he got mad at me.

I had been wanting to make commissions for a while now, I had already created a card with prices and commissions, Kofi and PayPal for payment and even a Trello to see how progress was going (I didn't have the portfolio one, I'm going to make one too haha), but when everything was ready to start and all that was left was the announcement, I simply couldn't start, I felt very insecure and I didn't even know what I was feeling at the time.

Currently I don't want to, but has anyone ever felt the same way as me of just not being able to start even with everything ready?
