Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and Transition to Special Education

Melinda L. De La Cruz, Education Advocate at Disability Rights Texas (DRTx) will discuss ECI (Early Childhood Intervention). The presentation will include:
*A review of ECI laws and policies and procedures,
*A review of transitioning from ECI to Special Education, and
*A general review of special education and general DRTx services.
