They don’t give you a 2 weeks notice before they fire you. I left my first job, back in 2011. Didn’t notified them at all. Ignored their calls and was working somewhere else

Lmao I walked out of my job! Got tired of the incompetent managers shit! Lady was on a serious power trip, worst part is the blatant favoritism! She would ignore the sales departments requests to update our systems and talk with the owner to restructure our incentive program!

As a gen z who got fired this summer from a horrible place for the first time this is pretty true. I panicked but was at a new job within two weeks at a higher pay and better conditions
