Millenial here. My gen X boss once stopped by and told me to come and meet her in the afternoon. Then she left, no context for the meeting, no time for questions. I spent the whole day anxious fearing I was in trouble. Turned out she just wanted to show me some papers and I was in fact not in trouble.

My company literally blocks out meetings on a Monday before 9am and on a Friday after 4.30pm because they're SO DISRESPECTFUL. THAT'S TOO EARLY!
