Keep in mind that Qatat Airways basically doesnt have to worry about costs because they get a blank check from the Qatari Government. Singapore airlines actually has to run efficiently to operate well.

Just flew SQ last month to SIN and on to cEB and back. Wonderful experience on the A380. I was dreading the 737 Max on the leg to cebu (for obvious reasons) but SQ service was top-notch ✨ even for a narrow body aircraft. And the free internet is just the cherry on the cake. Its already my fav airline now along with EK.

I love how some airlines are making their economy seats larger and further apart. It is amazing that the airlinse was able to generate so many constellations for their strategic blueprint.

I figure, with two or three years, not only will they fly faster, the will also have better technology to keep routes fast and safe, and onboard experience more fun and respectful.

I have the best experience while travelling with Singapore Airlines, crew members were helpful and well behaved.

I was not able to sleep at night as my neighbour was snoring like a generator, after every one hour crew members kept asking if I wanted something and gave me a coupon as they couldn't replace my seat. It wasn't their problem if a co-passenger is unintentionally causing an issue, but they took care of it

Hot towel started in Singapore airlines and after that, pretty much all airlines copied esp EK hiring all SQ trained staff and everything and Qatar later copies.

Tbh I flew Singapore airlines a few times in economy and I don't recommend if you fly in a long haul flights because I found the seats so hard

Flew with Singapore and Qatar airlines for sure Singapore is better and more professionel. I would rate it Singapore number one, emirates two and Qatar number 3. Bro Singapore airlines gave me snacks and drinks(every one hour) around 3-4am. Qatar airlines ignored my calls 2 hours before we landed.

I work as a physio in Singapore and one of my patient was one of the big directors in a middle eastern airlines. I mean he flies there weekly for meetings and then flies back home. Anyway, he tells me that he only flies singapore airlines because you get singaporean hospitality. You get served by Singaporeans as they only hire Singaporeans and those people carry the brand well. Unlike in the middles eastern airlines where the service is a hit or miss. Furthermore, you don’t get the full hospitality because they hire foreigners like Europeans or Indians because their own people are not gonna work.

When I was younger like 10 I had a school trip to Singapore in Singapore airlines economy class trust me the staff while going was rude very rude but while coming back home they were better
