Actually iqoo focuses on gaming and performance more so it depends on tuning

The fact that dimensity 9300 loses 24% battery is just crazy. This goes to show that how efficient snapdragon processors are with only 7% battery drop and near equivalent stability. This is why the little efficiency cores matter. Not always do we play game or do editing on our phones.
The 8 gen 4 is rumoured to score 10K in GB6 multi-core with only 8 watts of power consumption.

Inclusion of battery life test would have given better picture. Performance with efficiency would have given a clear winner. It's a draw until then.

Geekerwan has measured the system power of both the chips. Dimensity 9300 will run cooler at the same performance of Snapdragon 8 gen 3 with higher peak multicore performance. Its simply the better chip. The rest depends on cooling and dvfs implementation of vendors.

Dude In throttle test look at the gips score of D9300 even after throttle to 79 percent the minimum score is 440000 which is still higher than average score of gen 3 it means it is better than the gen3😂😂😂

Snapdragon will always have an edge over Dimensity because of its efficient architecture. This was the similar case last year with 9200 and 8 Gen 2.

During the cpu throttling test, you should not focus on the percentage stability. Rather focus on Average GIPS per second. That would give much better idea regarding sustained performance.

You won't believe me but dimensity 9300 could get cheaper in hand than sd8 gen 3 as iqoo launched neo 9 pro in China with 9300 and on adding taxes and all, it could come in India in 43000

Apart from power efficiency The Mediatek Dimensity 9300 is clearly superior whether it is CPU or GPU or in Stability so in my perspective Mediatek is the More Powerful Beast here... And to even think that Mediatek is the chip that finally beat Apple's CPU reign in Geekbench in Multicore is an Achievement itself... So my take would be Mediatek...
