Thats such a bullshit. I ripped the seams on cuffs of my alpha SV jacket ..supposedly the toughest of them all.. yeah arcteryx didnt even try to repair that. They just send the jacket back without even trying. So that was a couple hundered bucks down the drain + the shipping which i had to pay for the "repair service". Im still mad and not buying arcteryx ever again
