How to look for Grettir Guesthouse

We are located right in the city centre and as Grettisgata runs parallel to Reykjavík's most famous street - Laugavegur, Our Guesthouse is in the back of Laugavegur (Laugavegur 28a)

The entrance to Grettir is through a gated underpass, right next to “Eva”, a woman’s clothing store. Another landmark to look for is the hardware store “Brynja”, a beautiful old style timber house, painted a vibrant red and it's right across the street from the underpass.

Grettir‘s convenient location means that all services can be found within the neighborhood. Laugavegur is the main shopping street but it‘s side streets du hide interesting boutiques and restaurants.
