Scaling is about pushing the boundaries. About new challenges never encountered before. That whats makes it difficult. But that is also why it is important.
The truth is, scaling project organizations can be real simple. I fact it is something you probably could do yourself.
Project managers don’t have to change or do anything about how they plan or execute projects. People don’t have to do more reporting or change their personal efficiency habits. And even though they don’t have to change or do anything it will increase the success rate, the reliability and efficiency of projects.
