Not be pendatic but a partial match in the anchor text is not an exact match with additional words. A partial match would mean part of the keyword. So if your KW was 'tennis ball' and either tennis or ball was in the anchor text it would be a partial match. Georgia Tennis Ball in the anchor text would be an exact match. Great content. Thanks
