Love the haul today! When I was in college I sold Tiara glass dishware: the Tiara company had bought many of the original molds of depression glass and made new pieces with them, so you could get dishes that matched your old sets. There is very little difference from actual depression glass, most can’t tell. I still have alot of it to this day (I graduated college in 1987).
I was cooking while listening and glancing at the video…. When Zeb was working on the frame I looked over, I couldn’t identify what the picture was in the frame… then I realized it was your drop cloth😂!
I sure do wish the thrift stores near me were like yours! I have to drive over an hour to get to our “good ones” and that store doesn’t come close to yours!
I always enjoy seeing your great transformations!

Great haul even though it wasn’t ton age. The gold/black wax frame with the new paper and Jeb’s frame with the poppies are both so much better than they were before. Love the new poppy paper. Great job. Love the interaction between the both of you. It’s fun to see one leave an item snd the other come through pick it up.

The pink rimmed wheat plate is from about 1959-60. I had a pink rimmed set with a flower in the center when I got married in 1960. Still have it and found a serving plate I didn’t have at Goodwill the other day.

The rolling pin is for lefse, a Norwegian flat bread. It comes with a stretchy cloth. Sleeve that you flour to rolll out your potato based flat bread. I make lefse and have one of the pins

I must say, the transformations you bring to your vast variety of finds, whether subtle or more obvious, offers nice surprises and makes my face smile. That's a talent. Nice choice on the flower portrait, Jeb. So glad you got the tiny hutch that Jeb left, Jami. Many miniature collectors out there would enjoy having it for a display piece. (display) alternate word to use for vignette, which I still like, BTW. : )
