Good info Tae. I would also add that if you open up an account at Vanguard as an IRA (traditional or Roth), the minimum investment drops to $1, 000

Tae I love your content! I am advisor and had no idea they were taking 1%. How can I leave them? You should do a video talking about that process!

We Are in Unchartered Financial Waters! every day we encounter challenges that have become the new standard. Although we previously perceived it as a crisis, we now acknowledge it as the new normal and must adapt accordingly. Given the current economic difficulties that the country is experiencing in 2024, how can we enhance our earnings during this period of adjustment? I cannot let my $680, 000 savings vanish after putting in so much effort to accumulate them.

For a channel so focused on the tortoise, you spend a lot of time on the Hair! Keep up the good work, Tae!

Thank you so much for this informative video. Question though… Do you reinvest your dividends? Do you have to pay taxes on your dividends? Or shall I say your returns? Or do you not have to pay taxes unless you take them out?

Curious what you think.

I have a Roth IRA, Roll over, 401K, and self directed.

Should I put everything into VOO and VFIAX?

Once I purchase the 3000$ minimum amount of VTSAX, can I then buy fractional shares or does vangaurd require whole share purchases? Thanks for all you do!

Hi Tae, thank you for the contents. It is not easy to produce them.

One question here, I am a Malaysian citizen. Could you enlighten the way to buy VTSAX as a Malaysian?

I have a question: if someone is not living in the US, how can he transfer money to his vanguard investment acc.
Second, can he invest in the vanguard retirement investment fund?

Hello, I am brand new to investing. Thank you so much for this video! Do you have a video on how you manage your investments once they are set up. For example, do you keep an eye on the market daily, do you check quarterly to ensure you still want to keep your portfolio in the same division? Thank you!
