Lol, it’s hilarious how people believe this to be real. This is a fan made or fake teailer. Most of the clips are taken from GoT, MacBeth(Denzel), The Last Duel, and many more.

Edit: Gladiator 2 is in the works and set to be released in 2024 starting some of the actors in this fan made teailer. But this trailer is definitely not it.

There actually were plans for a sequel. One had the gods bringing Maximus back to life for some battle they wanted him to fight. Another would have Maximus reincarnated as different warriors throughout history. Crowe would have starred in both.

They were scrapped as being completely unbelievable.
