I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. I signed up last month with the growth 5 managed portfolio. This was a couple of days before the current bull run started so the returns are skewed, but so far +7.5% with a 65/35 mix. I intend to leave it for 12-18 months before drawing any conclusions.

They have already already rebalanced the equity and particularly the bond weightings. No idea if this was planned or in response to market conditions.

I have 2 DIY and one managed portfolio. The DIY ones are still in the positive. The managed one is in the negative - but I am just leaving it be and hoping it will get better.

Jesus, why does every sensible finance channel (such as yours) attract the people still pushing so-called crypto gurus? Ignore, ignore, ignore! Unless you want to lose your money of course. It's probably more fun to put it on the horses.
