can you do this when you havent done any exercise ("when ur cold") ?

How come when i do this my hips are not level? No matter how i place my leg they arent level. It bothers me since i feel it should be level. My hips when standing up with feet together are level so im so confused. When i do regular rockbacks with both legs its fine. I cant seem to find the answer
