Hi Brian I really like all of your videos but aren't these videos all about marketing and not about selling at all? Marketing is the process of bringing a product or service to a potential customer Selling is about uncovering a customers need and presenting how your product will fulfill that need. Love your style

The question is not how to get managers’ emotional commitment but why manager’s don’t give it even if they like their company.

Most managers have plenty of emotional commitment to give to their jobs. If they can be convinced it’s safe and sensible to give it.
