You can see the regret in andy's eyes when Jim points out the accountability booster like a doomsday device

My favorite part about Dwight's mallard plan, is that it works perfectly but still accomplishes nothing. He gets fake "caught" but is still actually punished by Jim by making Dwight clean his car, and Dwight obviously never finds any real dirt on Jim by listening to hours of Jim's work calls. So all Dwight did was make himself clean Jim's car, yet he still felt so accomplished because his plan "worked"
