0:40 Can we appreciate for a moment how quiet Present Mic’s voice is? Normally you’d expect him to be loud and announce this, but instead he gets quieter. I just think it really emphasizes the emotional aspect of this battle. Apart from the rest which get more action, however Ochaco and Himiko’s feels more like an argument and a resolution. Theres plenty of running and fighting in between, but in the end their actions inspire the other to voice their inner feelings. Which to me, is why Ochaco vs Himiko is one of my personal favorite Mha battles to date

While Toga likes Tomura and Touya she doesn’t really love them or not as close with them and I think it comes with their mindsets.

With Tomura he wants to destroy everything and that would include Ochacko and Izuku and deep down Toga doesn’t want that so she doesn’t really agree with Tomura goals.

As for Touya he probably somewhat cared about the league but in reality he was just using them to get revenge on Endeavor so that’s one reason why him and Toga aren’t close at all

So yeah Toga can only uses the quirk of someone she really loves and as emotional bond with

This is how Toga’s sadness over Twice death and hatred for the heroes became the hope for the heroes. The world is cruel to her.
She really love her fellow League members, but her negative emotions exceed her love for them and couldn’t utilize her quirk properly. 😢
