I make a salad like that I use watermelon, pistachios, feta cheese, cucumber, spinach and arugula and it tastes superb…… I make the dressing with evoo, balsamic and lemon 🍋 squeezed in it….. such a refreshing salad. I too put salmon on it and it is just delishious
