Why would there be Radio Shack Parts at a Church Yard Sale?

Back when Rat Shack was still around everyone talked it down - I often countered with how nice it was to be able to go somewhere and actually buy some parts if you needed them instead of having to order and wait a day or two for delivery. Sure they may not have had what you wanted but they often had what you needed. I used to buy those packs of Carbon Film resistors and ceramic capacitor packs along with the enclosures, connectors and I really miss the Cadmium Photo cells. My first multimeter was from Radio Shack in my small hometown.
