Strange Plant like CREATURE in Evacuated Ukranian City 🌲🧌

This odd-looking creature was caught on camera in an evacuated Ukraine city right after the Russian invasion of 2022. The city had been evacuated and the man recording had remained because he was not yet sure if he wanted to join the army. One day he was out to record a video for himself and his family, to have some memories of how the city looked before being devastated by the war. He captured this absolutely mind-boggling, tree-like creature. I have no idea what this might be, but what gives me pause is this: if there are indeed unknown cryptids out there, is it possible that they come out when humans abandon towns and cities?
