Your instruction at the 10:15 mark was a big help for me. I have installed Ubuntu server in the past, and I never noticed that! Plus, I looked at another Ubuntu server install video on YouTube, and he didn't mention it at all! Thank you : )

I've overlooked LVM free space in dozens of ubuntu server deployments. Thanks for taking time to explain that.

I'm pretty new to Ubuntu, as I've only been using Ubuntu in WSL2 for a few weeks, but just created a dual boot last night to 22.04. This video helped me in ways that the others couldn't, so I greatly appreciate it!

Thanks a lot for this. I was given a Dell PowerEdge R210 II and just installed Ubuntu server following this easy to follow instruction. I had worked on Windows and Linux servers before but this is my first time installing on a personal server.

Excellently done without your choice of music or a PIP of you talking... Both have their place and time, but tutorials is not necessarily the correct location for either, IMHO.

Great video! My two cents If using DHCP, best practice is to make sure your server always keeps the same IP by making an IP reservation in your router.

Hi i've just installed and done everything as stated in the video but I realized that it's taking quite a long time on the "installing kernal" part, is this normal? do i just have to wait it out or is something wrong?

where exactly are you supposed to type the IP to get to that webpage? Tried it in the shell and just said "invalid command" or something like that.
