So awesome--- their Iowa Teams in last 2 years have been monunental for womens basketball . The NBA lost me as a fan since lebron--- i was only watching guys HS & College--till i randomly saw an Iowa game highlights last year- CC has "it" the passion, intensity, skill, love for Coach, love for her School, love for teammates, and love for Sports are great for everybody---you just learn so much thru work and pressure. One impressive thing about the Iowa team during the Caitlin Clark era was just how bought into the whole experience everyone seemed to be. The friendships seemed real even between rivals for playing time. Caitlin was the acknowledged star and floor leader, but Kate was the locker room and sidelines and, one suspects, practice leader. That the two of them are each other’s best friend by choice, not because they are teammates, says volumes about their relationship. Monika and Caitlin also were very close personally.
