It seems to me your last drawing should be in the third quadrant. The negative angle results in 240° or -120°.

If the multiple of PI is even, then you end up at 360deg. If it is an odd multiple, you end up at 180deg. Simple as that!

at 2:10 why do you neglect cos(6pi) ? wouldn't its value be 1?
