Skincare/Haircare Ladoo Recipe -

This quantity makes around 15 ladoo’s

Dry roast till they crackle -

1/4th cup peanuts
1/4 cup flaxseeds
1/4th cup white seaseme seeds
Churn them to a coarse mixture

Lightly dry roast -

1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 tablespoons spoon raisins

Mix all of the above and take 10 water soaked dates (seeds removed & soaked in hot water for 15 mins) and churn it in a grinder with the water to make it a thick paste. Add everything together with a pinch of cardamom powder (optional) shape ladoo’s out of this mixture. Can be stored in refrigerator for 20-25 days.
