This looks wonderful! My dad's grandparents left the Amish church, but Dad grew up around the Amish community with family & friends. Peanut butter pie was one of his favorites. It's one of mine too.When his sister would visit she's always bring a peanut butter pie from the Amis bakery. I've been on the look out for a good peanut butter pie recipe. This one looks the best!

I live in Ohio and we have a little town here called Amish county and my family use to go there every year for thanksgiving and I would have this pie. That was over twenty years ago and I have been looking for this pie for so long and have not been able to find it until now! You are an angel!!!! I’m so happy you came across my page!!! I saw your short on this. My grandma made peanut butter pie like this with the crumble on top and bottom. I never saw anyone else make a peanut butter pie like this. It was really good.

You have to try Celtic Sea Salt!! The flavour of it is sooo good in baked goods! It also has 2 magnesium molecules in it and a pinch in a big glass of water is way better than Gaterade for rehydrating in summer!
