I've had Yoders before and I must say this recipe is spot on! I was craving their pb pie on a Sunday but of course they were not open. So I thought I'd look up a recipe and was surprised to find this one to the exact restaurant i was going to buy my pie from. To my amazement my pie tasted like I had purchased it from Yoders... definitely keeping this recipe!

Yoders kitchen in Bradenton/sarasota back in the day made the best pies!!! Every holiday would buy several for dessert. Layers and layers of wonderful flavors and the whipped cream was incredible.

Where is this Yoder's Restaurant? I have eaten in Holmes County, Ohio Amish places as well as Knox, Pickaway, Ross and Highland County Amish and never seen this pie in 30 years. I have eaten their PB Pie which is a creamy full PB filling. This is so little PB for those that like peanut butter..
