I have full coverage from Infinity and i broke my side mirror and told them the truth. I couldn't pay the deductible so i told them ill wait till i come up with the money for the deductible then ill ask them for a claim. They told me it would be fine but shortly after that they sent me this letter saying that it was my fault and I suppose they aren't going to help me get my car fixed. I have a second car im paying for that my dad is driving and the same month he had a fender bender and the same thing with that car. So they sent the same letter about that car saying it was his fault. What is the point of full coverage then? So im stuck just using them to keep the DMV off my back but they seem like they dont want to pay anything. Its full coverage

This company is a waste of your time. They are just a front for scam artists. I would be ashamed to work for them.
