Kemper sucks. I got hit by someone with infinity insurance and for some reason kemper does the claim and I my good they suck. It takes days to get a call back from the adjuster and my adjuster sounds like she hated her job just as much as I hate this company.

Extra mile? According to all the reviews and my current claim, you couldn't care less about your clients. It's been 2 months since my accident, 1 month since a text from Kemper ( not even a phone call ) saying my car was totaled, and I'm still paying payments. According to the reviews I'm screwed. If you're thinking about going with Kemper and you're reading this, don't, they're scam artists. If you do, make sure you have a lawyer.

Kemper doesn’t help at all I wouldn’t recommend this insurance they just don’t wanna help you at all and take forever plus they just don’t wanna help so yea never get this insurance

Está aseguransa es un total dolor de cabeza, te incremental el precio, y té cambian la póliza a la mas cara q tienen, y nunca tienen solución. Ellos usan una estrategia de descuento para luego al segundo mes incrementar un 70 % cambiando la cobertura a una más cara.
Esta compañía es una estafa total.
