Perhaps the way AHS especially Minister Shandro treated family practitioners starting with Covid and since might be a good example of micro aggression

Your statement about the third way (Costs/Waste) is not correct:
1. The study refers to "health inequalities" or "health disparities, " not specifically "racial bias."
2. The $309.3 billion annual cost is to the entire U.S. economy, not just the healthcare system.
The direct medical care expenditures due to health inequalities were estimated at $229.4 billion for the four-year period from 2003 to 2006, which averages to about $57.35 billion per year in direct healthcare costs.

God is a spooky sucker… I am who I am, I think and neural plasticity helps guide my self and practice. Good begets good but does not eliminate not so good. We/I are imperfect, we need each other.

How is racial bias costing the healthcare system $310 billion a year?

Yes! Indeed! The prejudices in society are also present in the healthcare system, despite the myth of Florance Nightingale and the selfless Doctor, driven by God to heal affliction and suffering around them. Doctors and Nurses are so good that we will not tolerate bad things said about them. I have been physically assaulted for trying to say what some healthcare staff did to me, simply because it goes against the myth. My channel is my response to what they have done. So, please keep up the struggle to heal the world, I am with you!👏✌️

It is really too bad your focus is on race and gender. You missed the mark by disregarding those who have chronic disease, disabilities, mental illness, or chronic pain.

Unconscious =\= explicit behavior. Is it biased to consider a specific dx for Ashkenazi Jews?

Because prejudice against and hatred of fat people isn't even important enough to mention.
