Dhar Mann is finally realizing that the rich aren't always the villain. No matter how wealthy they are or how costly their house and cars are, at the end of the day, they're also humans who have emotions and morals.

The ceo just gave those two workers who picked on the janitor the taste of their own medicines.

To those of you who just started as office workers, here's a word of friendly advice: treat the janitor as you would the CEO.

You never know how hard someone’s job is until you try it! Everyone should be important in whatever job they have; from the janitor to the CEO. Very good example shown in this video!

One thing I love about this video is that the Janitor and CEO had a decent understanding of each other at first. Then when they did each other's jobs, they understood each other better.

When you judge other people based on their job, that’s when you realize later on how hard it REALLY is.

It's so true, you don't know how hard someone's work/life is until you walk in their shoes ❤

The CEO is actually "one of the guys" I thought he'd be a stiff. He's actually more likeable than his employees. It's good he sat in the breakroom and bonded with the janitor.
