It was so good on the part of that CEO to not belittle the calibre of that cleaner and check his work the way he would check of any co-worker of the company. He was also wise enough to not get brainwashed by what Luke was telling him and ultimately, he was even sensible enough to appoint a deserving manager in the company and dismiss a dictator because of whom employees were finding it difficult to work. The CEO was a great guy here 🚨

Thanks! This video did not even have to be about a migrant trying to break into the corporate business ranks. At the heart of the story it is about a manager stuck in the old soviet managerial system depending on power and the ability to control the flow of work and information through the office. I found the irony truly amazing as the manager is describing himself while describing migrants. That you cast Istan Rozumny as the big boss of the company is so perfect. He is a personal hero of mine. He is playing a person open to new ideas of management and wants his company to succeed, not just exist as a status quo that just supports itself with bureaucracy and red tape imposed by management. This is why Russia is losing the war, because of the stagnant thinking yes men that are running their country into the ground. I find the ideas that this video is representing so refreshing. This is why Ukraine will prevail and Russian will be left a smoldering economic ruin. I embrace this video and its way of thinking. I may be biased, but this is one of the most significant videos that I have seen on this channel. I am glad I saw it. Thank you DramatizeMe and I compliment the person that came up with this script. This Janitor reminded me of myself, story short, I was a Student in film School, I tried many time to make short film with some actors and good team, not one stand by me, I produce my first short film as 45 minutes and after that everyone in the College got to know me, I made a good script and my professor approve the film and the script I got S+ above A grade that made me who I am
