But I still have a little trouble understanding the respective roles and whether aliases and CRRM integration are complementary or meet different needs.
Example :
We want a decision-maker contact for a case to give us more information to send him a quote.
We have a form including service choices and quantities.
How to proceed in this case?

This is great! One question: The link works great for us internally if we're logged in as a registered user. However, when we copy/paste and send this link to anyone outside our organization they are getting an error message. It appears the link isn't publicly available. Have you ran into any issues like this?
