In this video we will show you how to create Email Alias in Zoho Desk.

2. Click Setup Icon
Sign into your Zoho Desk account and click Setup(S) Icon.

3. Click Email
In the Setup Landing page, click Email under Channels

4. Click Add Icon
In the Support Email Address page, click the Add Support Email Address icon in the upper right area. 

5. Add Support Email Address
In the Add Support Email window, enter the  Support Email Address, Friendly Name you'd like to use for receiving support tickets. 

6. Click Save button
Click on Save button.

7. Added Emails Alias
Congratulations! You have successfully Created Email Alias in Zoho Desk
