If one is alloted college in 1st round of ipu nursing and deposited security and select float for 2nd round...but don't report in college as college misguide means of calling..now in second round of councelling there in no option for choice filling..so what can he\she do...as year is verge to waste...plz mam or sir reply as soon as possible
