This video covers a general inspection of site work including framing, electrical, and insulation requirements for a finished Loft and bonus room above the garage. Most of the time Modular Homes are completely inspected at the factory but when there are areas of the home like in this case with a finished Loft, additional on site work may be required.

We wanted to detail this video for viewers to have an appreciation of the quality of the structures that are modular homes. Modular and prefab homes can come in all shapes and sizes.
