You earned a subscriber :) No bullshit, no drama, no unnecessary pessimism aimed at creating fear to sell something! :) I remember when we used to hire interns, or freshers - there used to be a 2-3 months bootcamp. They did not come to those bootcamps already knowing everything, or solving hundreds of leetcode problems, etc.

No corporate wala YouTuber was harmed ☠️ when the internship was discussed ☠️.

Recession is not the only reason, corporate greed is also a major reason.

When ever a student sees any youtube vedio, more than what the person is saying, one should focus on whats the intent of that person for making the vedio
Generally there are three types of videos
1. Teaching a particular topic
2. Genuine Guidance
3. Video which tries to sell you something in the name of guidance, which further has two types 1) selling something just for earning money to become rich quick
2) selling something to really help someone and genuinely caring about the customers and earning from all those extra efforts

Figuring out the intent of the person is most crucial part because these days people sugar coat everything and it becomes hard to know for students who has no experience in this field, in this situation people like you who give genuine guidance are pure bliss to freshers
Thank you :)

I want to give advice to the freshers students, just complete your college syllabus. It is sufficient for working in any IT company. And try to get a job without seeing the salary. If you have at least 1 -2 years of experience, you can learn any technology within one month.
There are a lots of jobs for experience candidates.

I was depressed after failing my trilogy interview. I passed all rounds and even the technical interview. I was the only student selected from my college and the interviewer accused me of cheating I showed my whole room and I was actually not cheating. I was disqualified i was disheartened I was sad . I was soo depressed. The hr was not responding and I was ghosted . Times are depressing, thank you so much for the ray of hope .
Hopefully the market will get better soon

A significant fact is that 1.5 million engineers graduate every year in India. Many of them aspire to enter the software industry due to the potential for higher salaries. However, the computer industry’s capacity to absorb them is limited. I’ve been in this industry for 12-13 years. I understand how these YouTubers are selling dreams by promoting/selling DSA or tech courses. I strongly agree with your points (not everyone is a teacher also not every FAANG/MAANG employee is talented enough to contribute significantly to an organisation’s growth) and appreciate that you’re making good arguments on social media.

When the recession will be over by that time we freshers won’t be able to apply due to gap after graduation ….so the situation is concerning

The main reason for this is acute lack of counseling/guidance in educational institutions. These colleges should be held responsible why the students are not getting job after degree and if they were incompetent then why didnt you expel them in 2nd or 3rd year itself. Those who are serious are not given proper guidance or roadmap of what lies ahead they arent even aware of the job opportunities and certain categories in their own domain, there are numerous jobs in worls and things you can do to earn or even enjoy life but the lack of properly guided structure is what lacks and this is only the fault of Government idk what are these ministries doing.
