Thank you for uploading this video. I'm a resident of Las Cruces and moved here 25 years ago. My parents lived in Santa Fe and my sister in Albuquerque. We've visited all of these amazing places and Las Cruces had some wonderful drives from Mesilla, a pony express stop and now a historical village. I've always found New Mexico to be so magical and beautiful with its forests, etc. Again thank you for sharing this amazing video 😊❤

I moved to New Mexico in 1974 and was immediately struck by the enchantment, which is addictive. Now, after 50 years, I'm getting used to it.

Thank you for showing the Sanctuario de Chimayo. In the fall that is one of the most beautiful places in all of New Mexico. And the hanging chiles are called ree strahs

This is a great video. As a native of northern New Mexico I appreciate your presentation of a state that is largely unrecognized by many.

As a New Mexican, I can verify that this is a great selection of the state's attractions. Although...the narrator did manage to mispronounce just about everything!

This was quite a bit of information to absorb in a small amount of time but, worth every minute. Information I did not know existed. Thank you so much!

When I first saw the beauty of New Mexico back in 1981, I never thought that there would be drone technology to take the perspective to a whole other level!

Lovely videography indeed, but may I suggest a few additional gorgeous and unusual locations: the Brazos peak area, Plaza Blanca, Ghost Ranch, Valles Cordellia, Chama Valley, Eagle Nest lake, Earthships community, Red River, Cimarron Canyon & the Palisades, Las Vegas, and the VLA.
My four summers working out there helped shape the person I became and I miss it every day.

Graçias Amigos!

Nat Geo would be impressed with the quality of this video - beautiful presentation! I’m packing my bags next week to go there, just a day’s drive from San Antonio!

If you are going to create these, be sure to check on the correct pronunciation for the place-names that have been slaughtered throughout this video. The photography is fabulous.

This documentary is truly a discovery of new lands for me. I live in central US, in Ohio. A land of seasons. Green and verdant in summer, and brown and white winter scapes. To me the west always looked barren and dry, and very desolate and ugly. Back then I suppose, foolishly, all I knew of the west was out of cowboy movies. Yeah...lol I am that old.
I have a good friend in NM, and he had sent me some pictures, which set me in search of documentaries. It truly is a land of marvels. No matter how old you get, there are always new things to see and learn. I hope someday to see it in person.
Its inspiring to me that Native Americans are in charge of areas, to manage them. That is the way it should be. In Ohio there are no lands being managed by our Native Americans. Happily I believe they have recently won in court, the rights to manage the many ancient "Mound Builder" sites. Which is as it should be. They deserve much more than that, for the lands stolen from them. More study is needed on my part, for these court cases are hushed up here, or there just aren't many indigenous people to speak out. You have only to walk a farm field to find evidence of their lives here, our ancestors never would have thrived here with out their generosity.
There is beauty all around us, and history too. We all live in a land of marvels, even if its just a flower garden or the local park. With the advent of the internet, now I can visit any place on earth, almost. I am grateful; for technology, which has changed my life, for the better.
God truly created a masterwork that no man, will ever discover it all or know it all.
