The difference between not rocking back and forth its like heaven and hell. I could do easily 25kg rocking, but when steady 10kg its like hardest thing i've done.

Closest gym to me is about an hour away, I’m a toss tires and lift lumber around the yard kinda gal and wish I had creepy smile country workout content now.

I usually do this at the end of the set. I try to do approx. 15 repetitions and a few at the end so I sway a bit. And then I do partial repetitions so much that I can't even do them anymore. That's my one set
