i lost a woman who i loved about a few weeks ago without warning and i have been absolutely torn. i understand what i expect of myself to become a better man (not that it was the reason we split), but the lack of motivation is what bites me in the ass every time. i struggle with extreme adhd, and because of that, becoming overwhelmed is a daily thing. im not depressed by any means, im just tired.

your videos allow me to dig deeper within myself to find the strength i need to carry on. this whole breakup has been the most hurt and confused ive ever been in my life, but your thoughts are soothing in moments like this. thank you.

for a long time (probably a few months now) i've found myself missing my old self - wondering why i'm not as kind as i used to be, wondering why i've changed so much in ways that i'm not necessarily happy with. i totally agree that finding yourself is really growing, accepting that what you're going through every single day is different and new, and an opportunity to change.

i’m coming off a 4 month weed addiction where i was smoking vapes all day everyday. i’m only 18 and i feel like i can’t even remmeber my life for the past 4 months. i was forced to quit for medical reasons and im only now realizing how much my life has been affected. i feel this video came at a perfect time for me, today marks 3 days no weed and im feeling really optimistic about my future. i need to come back to who i was before any of this began. thanks for sharing your thoughts
