Dave Eberhardt - Find Your Way Back (Jefferson Starship Cover)

Here's my cover of Jefferson Starship's "Find Your Way Back," from their Modern Times album, released in 1981. I don't own anything about the song. I have always loved this late-70's to early 80's era of Jefferson Starship and this song especially.

I started recording it and making the video several years ago, but the video got too big for my computer to handle (couldn't even preview!). After upgrading to a new system, I dug up the video files, and re-assembled everything.

Holy Fuck was that AWSOME!!!!. This song has been on my jogging Playlist for 10 this version will replace it for the next 10. You guys NAILED a very hard song to sing. This is one of my favorite Starship songs - NOT an easy song to sing, which is why you don't hear local cover bands trying this! Kudos, Dave! Sounds great. :-)

This is fantastic. I've been busting out this song the past month or so, at home on my own, I am not an octopus, so I can't do the 12-string parts and electric at the same time,
LOL, though I have six guitars here including a 12-string. Nor do I have a double neck SG. I would love one though! Anyway, singing along is fun but god Mickey's
vocal range and power is hard to get near. It might help to invest in a good mic for myself and run that through a small amp.

Very nice! Did you sequence the synth arpeggios? Just curious, because Craig is credited with that on the album, even though he was the lead guitarist.

Do you know, David, if they used a harmonizer or octavizer for some of the solos? It sounds like it to me, although they had like 3 guitarists in the band by then.
