Red flags.... government for dummies 101. 1. Are political parties allowed to voice their opinions without fear of retaliation by the state or pseudo state actors 2. Is freedom of speech allowed to wit, being critical of leaders and politicians. without fear of reprisal or punihsment by authorities, same goes for rule 1. Free and fair elections 2. It has achieved the greatest economic comeback the world has ever seen.
