20 months of no contact here..he has depression problems. He accused me of following him 3 years ago. I was going home we live in the same direction. I never said a word. He just started telling me to leave and that was why. I was upset and crying but left. I tried to explain but he just walked away. The last time he just mumbled have a nice day. His eyes were glassy. I have not seen him since. Hence 20 months. I have moved on. He hates me I think. I was nothing but good to him. I just wish we could make amends. Say goodbye. I can't find the same connection with another guy. This all from someone after 4 years and many I love yous. Why didn't just ask for space.

Thank u for this video but I think I’m in the position where I don’t want my ex back... I implemented the no contact rule and it worked, he did message me on several social media app but I didn’t respond to him. I feel more stronger now. At first he is so broken by me.
It seems he is still so much hurted and angry with me. Then I tried to go back but he started neglecting very much, he seemed he is ok with his own from now on... Again I texted him saying alot of things but then he said he will block me after the conversation he really blocked me. I have a question about the sex thing. My ex had a very low sex drive compared to me. In the beginning it was definitely not like that at all! But I’d say around 6 months is when it started to change. Often I was disappointed because he would say today or later and then it wouldn’t happen. Often times I was the one initiating it and even offering to “do him a solid” because I enjoyed doing that for him and he didn’t even want that. It made me feel a little insecure and wondering why he didn’t want to. I felt bad for him because it’s not that the sex was bad but that he was just kinda lazy with it. It often felt like a chore to him.
I can imagine for a man he felt like he was not able to do that for me. One time he told me to go be with a porn star and that sorry he’s not a horny ass guy because I told him I was disappointed that he said we would do it and he ended up again saying he doesn’t feel like it.. it’s been almost two months since we broke up and I can’t help but think he didn’t love himself..

Im with you thats why i gave up. She broke up with me while i literally changed every problem she claimed she had with me and still dumped me. Apparently using someone's falses n problens didn't work for her cuz I upgraded them too meanwhile doing all the dishes shoveling out her car every morning our car taking care of her daughter bringing her to school going to her school functions showing investment in her life as well as my girks obviously and her kid treating me like i didn't matter f1ck me constant disrespect cuz she moved a guy out which I demanded I wasn't having her pca worker who was a guy around her age living with us before i moved in with her hes gtg ( I found out it was all a shame they were underground fucking around bf gf shed do bf gf stuff with him give him plates of fod they were kust too close hed have her kid on his facebook n sht like it was obvious it was way over just caring about them. My gf had tgis in my face bringing him our food cuz he was broke assed telling me he was annoying she wanted him gone etc then when i told him gtfo the pic face to face sge tokd ne infrint if him to stfu. Great woman huh. more or less cheated in my face not physically but you could just tell n feel when somethings off it was shady how they acted how close he was to her and her daughter hes now back driving her car n took ky spot so to speak hes ugly gross and i cannot believe i was dumped to have him in her life they were scamming the gov for money fucking yeah i got ito a big mess her daughter hating me for her mom moving me in i did no contact with her for 5 months then like an idiot being in love texting her reaching out sged never text back just changed i asked if i could taje her out sge saud ill think about it.
